The Nashville Party Barge was one of Nashville’s 1st and original party tours! Est. 2014
Our one of a kind Nautical themed Open Air Party truck and Party Buses, that we like to say “Floats Down Broadway” it is the most fun unique way to experience Music City on wheels! You will see Nashville in a whole different way and capture great photos and memories along the way!

- NO GLASS. Glass is PROHIBITED on the bus, so bring canned beverages,
- We ask that nothing greater than 8%. We will provide the cups, cooler and ice.
*Party Barge (Open air-trucks) will have a bar stop with prearranged drink specials for your enjoyment!

Yes all tours are BYOB. We do have “BECKY” seltzers, Michelob Ultra and for sale on site. We provide cups, coolers and ice on board.

Yes, we have a built-in stereo with an auxiliary cord so you may play your own music along the way!

We pick up at 400 Davidson STREET, in the back parking lot of main building. Look for the “NASH” mural on garage door.
The vehicles pull up in the back parking lot, please plan to arrive 20 minutes before your tour time! Please allow for Nashville traffic.

Depending on the tour – tours range from 1 1/2 to 2 hours long and you get to see Music City, with bar stops and photo opportunities along the way!

The Nashville Party Barge floats rain or shine. Our barges and buses are equipped with full tops in the event of rain!
If we cancel due to the threat of severe weather, you will receive a full refund.

Yes, “free” parking is available. Please drive responsibly.

We have adopted the Nashville standard for tourism and we have done this because our tours book so far out it is too difficult to fill them last minute.
We understand cancellations may happen and there is variants that are uncontrollable.
*Cancellations greater than 21 days will receive a 100% refund.
*Cancellations 8-20 days will be offered to reschedule or receive a 100% valued gift card with No Expiration date and is transferable.
*Cancellations less than 7 days is not refundable
ALL no call no shows will be charged the full amount and a $50 fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. -
Absolutely! Most guests tip 15-20%
Drivers gladly accept cash or venmo.

Our Party Barge’s can accommodate up to 16 guests!
Our Big Kahuna Bus and Unsinkable can accommodate up to 18 guests.
We do offer discounts for multiple vehicles for larger parties.

The waivers will be on board the Party Barge when you arrive!

Must be 21 to ride with a valid ID
Anyone under the age of 21, then no alcohol is allowed on board. -
We want you to have FUN, but you are responsible for your own behavior.
Anyone who arrives too intoxicated will not be allowed onboard.
NO refunds will be issued.

Understand when you arrive late, the time will be deducted from your tour time. Any groups who arrive later than 15 minutes after their start time will be charged a $25.00 late fee.
NO exceptions. -
Due to city regulations we are not allowed to pick up anywhere but our designated start point.
There is a shuttle available for a fee, call 615-422-7077.

Tours may be extended if the daily schedule permits. It is $100.00 for each additional hour.

Groups will be charged a $75.00 cleaning fee if any release of bodily fluids upon the party barge or bus.

Groups that do not call or do not show for there scheduled booking will automatically be charged a $50.00 fee, no refunds.

Partybarge’s and Party Buses are assigned randomly and based on the size of your group. If you have a request for a certain vehicle please send a email with your request to nashvillepartybarge@gmail.com and we will do our best to accomodate all requests on a first come bases.
